Each tour has its own cancellation deadline and refund tier, which are displayed on the tour page at the time of booking.

You can manage your cancellation through the My Bookings area or by contacting us at info@pyramidtouregypt.com.

Refund tiers may include full, partial, or non-refundable options, with specific thresholds defined for each tour.

Failure to show up for your tour may result in a loss of the total amount paid, as outlined in the tour-specific terms.

Cancellation policies for group bookings may differ. Please refer to the specific tour page for details.

In cases of force majeure or operator-initiated cancellations, we will provide options as per the specific tour terms.

Requests for modifications to bookings should be made through the My Bookings area or via email.

Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency, and any currency conversion will be handled by the customer's card issuer.
